The cancellation of all spring sports included 23-4 Florida softball. With bad losses a distant memory and convincing wins in the immediate rearview, it seemed the Gators had growing momentum to make 2020 a magical season.

Originally, I was going to write about the best game I ever covered. As a guy who has been with the Alligator for five semesters, I figured that I had plenty of games to write about.
Though the season was cut short, three Gators walked away with Inside Lacrosse Maverik Women's DI Media All-American honors Tuesday.

It’s been two weeks without sports and they haven’t gone by easily. Naturally, this hiatus has prompted us to reminisce to a time where you could turn on the TV late at night and find an NBA game on the West coast still going on in earnest. What a luxury that was.
Four members of the Florida gymnastics team received a dose of good news Tuesday when they were named Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics (WCGA) All-Americans.
This season was supposed to end differently for the Florida gymnastics team.
