For the second straight year, UF will not host the once annual open practice. Instead, the Gators will hold an interactive fan-player event the week of Gator Growl before the Oct. 25 homecoming football game against Kentucky.
The last time that UF held Midnight Madness was 2006 in between the Gators two national-championship runs. About 10,000 people showed up.
