Following an altercation with a female high school student in which he shattered her phone screen, Watkins followed the student to Vanguard High School in Ocala. She pulled into a parking space, and Watkins, driving a white SUV, pulled in directly behind her.

The graduate of East Ridge High School proceeded to kick the student’s car and attempted to deflate one the tires. The vehicle appeared undamaged according to Ocala Police.

Watkins posted his bail of $500 early Thursday morning.

“We are aware of the incident with Justin and are still collecting information,” UF coach Dan Mullen said.
