Kerry mentioned that in order to successfully end the Iraq war, adequate law enforcement would have to be established. We should send the UPD over there. After all, it seems trigger-happy and ready for battle.
At least next year we won't have to worry about an campus overpopulated with incoming freshmen. What parents in their right minds would send their children to a college where the police are the biggest threat?
