Living in Florida can have its benefits when it comes to seasonal weather patterns. Although we're technically still in winter, temperatures have been rising well into the 70s and 80s lately.

But what does that mean? Well, for one thing, it means it's time for you to start planning out your Spring Break. If you haven't the slightest idea of how you can spend your leisure time that week, I have one word for you: BUKU.

This spring, Winter Circle Productions, in association with MCP Presents, is bringing you the first annual Buku Music and Art Project. The inaugural festival is set to take place over two nights in The Big Easy, better known to some as New Orleans, on March 17 and 18.

Tailored toward the younger generation, the main drive behind BUKU is to bring music lovers an event that incorporates both electronic and hip-hop music. Reeves Price, co-founder of Winter Circle Promotions, said in a news release "the line between hip-hop and electronic music is becoming increasingly blurred," and by bringing the two genres together, he hopes that BUKU will be able to fill that musical "void" that listeners have seen on other recent lineups.

The lineup holds some of the most unique and respected electronic music producers from around the world, alongside some of hip-hops own successful artists. View the full lineup below:

Saturday, March 17: Avicii, Wiz Khalifa, Diplo, Mord Fustang, Holy Fuck, Gramatik, Yelle (DJ set), Pictureplane, The Rap Pack

Sunday, March 18: Skrillex, YelaWolf, Porter Robinson, Big K.R.I.T., Big Gigantic, SBTRKT, Figure, Sepalcure, Big Freedia, Gravity A

Although early-bird and discounted tickets have sold out, don't get discouraged! Two-day general admissions tickets are still on sale for $119.50, with one-day passes only at $64.50. VIP passes are also available for $199.50 and come with access to the Grand Oaks Mansion.

BUKU will be hosted in the heart of downtown New Orleans at Mardi Gras World, along the east bank of the Mississippi River. Music starts at 1:00 p.m. both days and goes until 11:30 p.m. For more information on the event or how to win tickets, visit their website and follow them on Facebook or Twitter (@ProjectBUKU) for future updates.
