Music can motivate more than your dance moves at Gator City Sports Grille. In fact, it can distract you from the pains of working out to enhance your athletic performance. Listening to tunes can also help elevate your mood and get you pumped, even before setting off to exercise.

According to The Huffington Post, “researchers found when music possesses ‘high-groove’ qualities, the brain gets excited and induces movement in the listener.” Yes, that means music can literally get you moving! No wonder so many people make playlists for their training adventures.
