8:38 a.m. The Gators saw three players quickly turn in their letter of intent to open up National Signing Day: Three-star defensive lineman Andrew Ivie, three-star offensive lineman Tyler Jordan and four-star running back Jordan Scarlett.

Ivie (6-foot-3, 285 pounds, Dade City, Florida, Pasco High) has been committed to UF since May 29 and will now have the opportunity to play with his brother Joey Ivie.

Jordan (6-foot-5, 270 pounds, Jacksonville, Bishop Kenny) is the sixth-ranked center in the recruiting class, according to Rivals.com, and has been committed to Florida for almost a year. Depending on how the rest of Florida's recruiting class shapes out, Jordan could see playing time throughout the season as the Gators are revamping an offensive line that lost four starters from last season.

Scarlett (5-foot-11, 205 pounds, Ft. Lauderdale, St. Thomas Aquinas High) is probably the biggest get of the first three. The running back flipped his commitment from Miami to Florida on Monday and has the opportunity to contribute immediately at running back in a rotation with junior Kelvin Taylor and redshirt sophomore Adam Lane.
