Frank Goodyear, the associate curator of photographs at the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery, spoke at the Samuel P. Harn Museum of Art on Thursday about Abraham Lincoln’s use of photography to communicate with the American people at a critical time in history.

Josh Izewski leads UF cross country heading into SEC championships

At long last, Josh Izewski is finally healthy. The redshirt senior has battled through injuries in almost every season of his collegiate career, struggling to stay out of the trainer’s room. Now, finally ready for competition, he can simply focus on running as the Gators head to Nashville, Tenn., for the Southeastern Conference Championships on Friday.
