‘Pink Floyd Fridays’ are back at Santa Fe College

“Pink Floyd Fridays” returned to Santa Fe’s Kika Silva Pla planetarium last month, with two shows coming back for the first time in over a year. The event features shows for each of three albums by the 1960s rock band Pink Floyd: “Dark Side of the Moon,” “The Wall” and “Wish You Were Here.”

UF adds three paid holidays for faculty and staff

UF Interim President Dr. Donald Landry announced three new paid holidays for faculty and staff over the course of the upcoming holiday season: Nov. 26, Dec. 24 and Jan. 2. The announcement said the additional days are intended to give employees additional time to rest, recharge and spend with their loved ones.

DeSantis visits UF for Hamilton School groundbreaking

The Hamilton School held a groundbreaking ceremony at the former UF Infirmary Wednesday morning. Administrators, faculty and Florida politicians spoke at the ceremony, including Gov. Ron DeSantis, Interim UF President Donald Landry and chairman of UF’s Board of Trustees Morteza “Mori” Hosseini.
