Women’s golf still in 14th after two days of competition

The second day of the Cougar Classic in Charleston, S.C., at the Yeamans Hall Course has been completed, and the Florida women’s golf team did not make up any ground on the leaderboard, as they continue to sit in 14th place. The No. 17 Gators finished the second round at 10-over-par and are 19-over-par overall for the tournament. UF is 29 shots behind leader and Southeastern Conference foe, No. 7 Arkansas, who sit at 9-under-par. Coach Emily Glaser said the team did not capitalize on opportunities.
