The Florida men's and women's track and field teams earned the men's national championship and several individual medals at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Austin, Texas, June 7-10.
For the sixth time in program history, the Florida Gators men’s track and field team were crowned 2023 National Collegiate Athletic Association Outdoor Champions Friday.
The Florida men’s and women’s track and field teams qualified 22 athletes to the National Collegiate Athletic Association Outdoor Championships. The men’s team advanced nine athletes in eight events and the women’s team advanced 13 athletes in 16 events.

Florida’s men’s and women’s track and field teams finished third overall at the NCAA Indoor Championships to conclude the indoor season. The men’s team earned a total of 33 points; the women had 45 points. Moore won the Gators’ only gold medals of the weekend.
