The wins are starting to pile up for the Gators.
After a flurry of transfers, two players joined the Florida football team.

More than two weeks ago against FSU, Dorian Finney-Smith stood at the line with 1.3 seconds remaining with a chance to win the game for the Gators. Patric Young leaned in to give his teammate words of encouragement, which were enough for Finney-Smith to sink his final free throw.
For the first time in three weeks, Florida returned to action at home in the O’Connell Center.
Redshirt junior Tyler Murphy will leave the Florida football program, the school announced Sunday. Murphy, who graduated Saturday but still has a year of eligibility, will seek to play at another program in 2014.

A constant fixture on Florida’s starting line-up was missing Thursday when Florida started ita postseason play against Jacksonville in the O’Connell Center. Sophomore outside hitter Gabby Mallette was not only missing from the line-up, but she was also missing from the bench and seemingly the arena.

When it comes to the injury bug, Florida has not had any luck this year.
No player who has run through the south end zone tunnel in the last four years has generated as much love, hate, hope and dread as No. 8.
Rather than play limited minutes for the Gators on a hobbled right leg, guard Eli Carter will sit out the remainder of the season and earn a medical redshirt, according to SNY.tv.
