The Gators announced Mattias Siimar, a senior from The University of Michigan, will be joining the Florida tennis program as a graduate transfer for the 2021 season, the team announced via social media Wednesday.

Gators win 20 matches, third day of competition rained out

The Gators men’s tennis managed 20 wins across 27 matches in Columbia, South Carolina, despite a rain delay that ultimately cut their competition short. The Gamecock Fall SEC Shootout was the team’s second event of the season.

The Florida Gators men’s tennis team started its season in a big way in Auburn, Alabama, this past weekend, with a 24-3 record in singles and a 6-6 record in doubles in its first official competition since March.
