SG votes to extend Hub hours

Students will be able to cram in a little extra on-campus study time, after senators voted Tuesday to allot $30,000 of Student Government reserve funds to keep the Hub open 20 hours a day.

Student Body President first to sign transparency waiver

During Tuesday's Student Senate meeting, Student Body President Jordan Johnson was first to sign a waiver granting UF students access to his previously unavailable records that were protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, more commonly referred to as FERPA.

UF grad files lawsuit over SG records

A former UF student filed a lawsuit against the university Tuesday, alleging Student Government employees broke the law when they denied him access to audio and video recordings of Student Senate meetings.
