Junior Will Yeguete notches double-double in blowout victory

TAMPA — With the score tied at 22 late in the first half, Scottie Wilbekin drove the ball to the net, hoping to put the Gators ahead in his first game of the season. Although Wilbekin missed the shot, Will Yeguete was right behind him to grab the rebound and score the put back.

No one arrested at last UF home game

University Police ejected 23 people from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium during Saturday’s UF-Jacksonville State University football game, according to a UPD news release.

UF volunteers helped renovate the Ronald McDonald House, 1600 SW 14th St., for its 30th anniversary. Occupancy was at 95 percent this October.
