Doctors should be paid based on work

Winchester | Mar. 29, 2009I am not part of the UF Faculty Practice Plan, but I do know that it is common practice (especially in large doctor groups) for doctors to be paid a base salary and then additional income based on how many patients they see. That way, people who work harder and see more patients get additional income.
