Block tuition debate not class warfare

The fight against block tuition began admirably but has spun out of control thanks to the volition of a few students. When Ben Meyers campaigned on a vote against block tuition he didn’t cast and Dave Schneider on a petition that he didn’t write, I was upset but realized it was just politics. However, on my first day back from break, I was greeted by signs and graffiti stating that, “The block might spare you if you have a trust fund,” and that the fight is some kind of class warfare.

Returned wallet proves honesty

Yesterday, I left my wallet on a bus accidentally. An as of yet anonymous UF student found it and turned it over to the driver. I caught the bus next time around and got it back from the driver with nothing missing. I would like to commend both the student and the driver for their honesty.

I encourage my fellow readers to avoid fallacious attacks on the Alligator and to stop implying a false political dichotomy when it is perfectly possible to be moderate in reporting.
