Student should be praised for listening

I once worked for a Mental Health Association in a large city, where we regularly gave a mini-course for bartenders and hair stylists because we understood they frequently become an inviting stop for the transiently troubled. Mr. Berry has taken it to the next level, and, unlike "Lucy" of comic-strip fame, his encounter just is what it is. That's nice.
